About us

Firedup Pizzeria is a family-owned business with roots that go back to when my parents moved to the U.S. from India. I was born here, and growing up in Eden Prairie, I watched them build their lives and their business in the restaurant industry. Today, they run a traditional Indian restaurant in Eden Prairie, and that experience really laid the foundation for everything I know about food and hospitality.

My wife and I wanted to take that legacy and try something a little different, something that reflects both our heritage and the diverse tastes of the community around us. That's how Firedup Pizzeria was born - a place where we fuse bold Indian flavors with classic Italian-style pizzas. It's been an exciting journey, and we love being able to offer something fresh and unique.

We specialize in authentic brick oven pizzas, but with a twist — we fuse classic Italian techniques with the rich, vibrant flavors of Indian cuisine. From Punjabi Tikka pizza to our kabab special, we offer something you won't find anywhere else.

We focus on quality over quantity, which is why all of our pizzas are made fresh to order and come in a single, perfect 11-inch size. Whether you're dining in or grabbing takeout, our goal is to give you a unique and satisfying experience every time.
